We want you to love your creation. If you are not satisfied for any reason with the final product, you may return your purchase for a replacement within 14 days of receipt.
Please Note - We are not responsible for RETURN SHIPPING COST on any returns or exchanges unless the fault is ours. ALL returns will be issued in the form of STORE CREDIT.
All returns must:
- NOT HAVE BEEN WORN, ALTERED, WASHED OR DAMAGED
- Have ALL tags attached
- We cannot accept returns that smell like cigarette smoke, have animal hair on them, or show any wear or tear
- ALL returns MUST be in the original packaging
If your return is not received by the appropriate date then it will not be accepted. We recommend you use a shipping service with tracking and/or insurance, as this will provide you with evidence of the return in the event that your package is lost in transit. Without tracking, we are not responsible for lost or missing returns. If return tracking shows that your item was shipped before the 14-day deadline, your return will be accepted.
Returns or Exchanges should be sent to the same sender address you have on the package.
Please note that there is no return or exchange on Printed products such as Business cards, Flyers, brochures, custom printed magnets, Banners, Letter heads, Envelope, custom printed mugs, Pens, Large format Items, note pads, Labels, Printed packaging Item, Printed paper products.
